Return Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items related to personal hygiene (e.g., swimwear, socks, perfume) can only be returned or exchanged if the seal on the packaging remains unopened. Currently, we do not offer exchanges online or in-store.
Return Conditions
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all labels and garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to the customer.
- Accessories: Ensure that all authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags are included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit.
- Shoes and Footwear: All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain of keeping them. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as the box is considered part of the product. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and could be sent back to the customer.
Damaged Items
Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty and will be classified as invalid for return. In such cases, Sale MCM Bags may deny the return and return the item to the customer. If you believe you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Complete the returns portion within the enclosed packing invoice, specifying the reason for the return and the quantity of the items you wish to return.
- Enclose the original packing invoice with the completed returns portion and the original proof of purchase along with the product in the return parcel.
- Affix the prepaid shipping label included with your original shipment onto your return parcel.
- Drop the package off at the appropriate shipping service provider or location that accepts the designated carrier’s packages for shipment.
Additional Information
- Return Timeframe: All full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the sole discretion of Sale MCM Bags.
- Refund Processing: Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse, you will receive a notification by email. The refund will be processed to the debit or credit card originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Gifts: If you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, please note that the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method.
